What will it cost?

Call us for a personal estimate of our fees for your sale, purchase and/or re-mortgage. Costs will, to a large extent, depend upon such matters as to whether the property is freehold or leasehold, a flat, house or, for example, a derelict barn in the middle of a field. Alternatively, you may utilise our online quoting system.

Remember that save for capital gains tax on a sale of second homes or investment properties, there are not many additional costs in selling. However, on a purchase you must budget for a number of extra expenses, including local and other search fees, stamp duty and Land Registry fees.
