How can I prove that my marriage has irretrievably broken down?

There are several reasons that this may have happened and you will need to provide evidence of one of these. They are:

• The adultery of your spouse

• Desertion for at least two years
• Separation for two years (with consent to the divorce)
• Separation for five years

Is there any reason I cannot file for divorce?
